Adoption Process
Adoption Process - The adoption application will appear on the litter page below each available baby round 2-6 weeks of age depending how long I need to assess the litter. (Typically about 2wks old.) Please make sure you fill out an application as soon as you're interested in adopting rats to reserve the ones you'd like. Once the babies are 6 weeks old, they'll be ready to go home and I'll contact you to arrange your pick up using Google Calendar and it will include all necessary info for you. Pick up will be in Wildomar, CA.
Adoption Agreement - When adopting, you will automatically be agreeing to the terms in the contract that you will properly care for the baby. It also states that you will not breed the baby as well as the two week health guarantee. Click here to see the agreement you will be agreeing to in the application.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing is done according to the traits the rat has. Rats must be kept in twos or more as they are highly social animals. Three is a better number because they typically live in groups. I accept all payment methods shown below. Payment is due upon approval of your application and there are no refunds. Please make sure you are prepared to adopt the rats you apply for. Prices can range from $60-$150 per rat.
